Water is leaking from around the clear pump lid when the pump is running.

Safety: Turn off the pump before removing the lid.

• Clean and inspect: Remove the lid and O-ring, clean both the groove and the lid mating surface. Inspect the O-ring for cracks or flattening.
• Lubricate O-ring: Apply a thin layer of silicone-based lubricant and reinstall.
• Tighten evenly: Refit the lid and hand-tighten it evenly. Do not use tools.

If leaking persists, replace the Hurlcon pump lid O-ring or the lid itself if warped.
