Possible Causes

Incorrect schedule in AquaLink or pump controller, Time of day not set correctly, Pump set to manual mode only

Safety first: No internal electrical work is needed; do not open sealed electrical compartments.

Check time and date:
- Verify the clock on the Jandy pump controller or AquaLink is set correctly.
Review schedules:
- Ensure at least one active schedule is programmed for the desired days and times.
Control mode:
- Confirm the pump is set to AUTO or SCHEDULE mode, not MANUAL ONLY.
Sync with automation:
- If using AquaLink, ensure the pump is not also running its own conflicting schedule; set one device as the primary scheduler.
