Possible Causes

Faulty internal Hall sensor or tachometer, Loose feedback connector on control PCB, Moisture ingress in motor terminal area, Damaged motor control PCB

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect power at the breaker and wait several minutes for internal capacitors in the drive to discharge.

  • Inspect control compartment: Open the electronics cover on the Saci variable‑speed pump. Look for signs of moisture, corrosion, or insect nests on the PCB and connectors.
  • Check sensor connections: Locate the small multi‑wire connector from the motor to the control PCB (tachometer/speed sensor). Gently unplug and re‑seat it to ensure a solid connection.
  • Dry and clean: If moisture is present, carefully dry the area with a clean cloth and allow the pump to air dry completely. Do not use heat guns directly on electronics.
  • Reset controller: Reassemble, restore power, and perform a factory reset if the user manual allows. Then set a low speed and test operation.

If E05 persists, the internal speed sensor or PCB is likely defective. These components are usually not user‑serviceable; contact an authorized Saci service center.
