How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before accessing elements or rear panels.
- Check elements visually: Inspect the bake and broil elements for breaks or blisters.
- Test continuity: Remove at least one wire from each element and test for continuity. Replace any open element.
- Check thermal fuse: Access the rear of the range and locate the thermal fuse or high-limit thermostat. Test for continuity and replace if open.
- Control board: If elements and fuses are good, the electronic oven control may not be sending power and should be replaced.
