Display shows 'LOC' or a key symbol, and oven controls do not respond.

Safety: No internal repair is needed for normal lock operation.

• Unlock sequence: Press and hold the designated lock key or a combination (often the Stop or Key symbol) for 3–5 seconds until 'LOC' disappears. Refer to your Ilve user manual for the exact combination.
• Power cycle: If the lock will not clear, turn the power off for 1 minute and restore it. Try the unlock sequence again.
• Stuck key: If the lock symbol reappears immediately, the lock button may be stuck. Gently press around the key area to free it. If still faulty, the keypad or control panel may need replacement.
