Oven temperature is inaccurate; food is undercooked or overcooked compared to the set temperature.

Safety: Use an oven thermometer to verify the temperature; avoid touching hot surfaces.

• Measure Actual Temperature: Place an oven thermometer in the center of the oven and preheat to 350°F. Compare the reading after 20–30 minutes.
• Calibrate: If consistently off by the same amount, use the control's calibration function to adjust by ±5–30°F as per the user manual.
• Inspect Gasket: Replace the door gasket if heat is escaping around the door.
• Replace Sensor: If calibration does not correct large errors, replace the oven temperature sensor.
