How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug the refrigerator before removing interior panels.

  • Step 1 – Remove drawers: Take out the crisper drawers to expose the rear bottom of the refrigerator compartment.
  • Step 2 – Locate drain hole: Find the small drain opening at the back center. Check for visible debris or slime.
  • Step 3 – Flush drain: Use a turkey baster or syringe with warm water to flush the drain repeatedly until water flows freely.
