• Inspect the keypad membrane: Look for cracks, delamination, or signs of liquid damage.
• Disconnect and reseat connectors: Reseat the keypad ribbon cable or harness on the UI board.
• Replace keypad/UI assembly: If certain buttons remain unresponsive or E17 persists, replace the keypad membrane or entire UI assembly as per Vestfrost parts catalog.
