Cabinet Vibration / Loose Components
The refrigerator is making a loud rattling or vibrating noise, especially when the compressor is running.

Possible Causes
Loose condenser coils or lines, refrigerator is not level, loose compressor mounting bolts, or items vibrating on top of the unit.
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety First: Unplug the refrigerator before adjusting components at the rear.
Steps:
- Level the unit: Adjust the front leveling legs so the refrigerator is stable and does not rock. A slight rearward tilt helps the doors close.
- Check rear components: Ensure the condenser coils and refrigerant lines are not touching each other or the cabinet. Gently bend or pad them to prevent contact.
- Inspect compressor mounts: Tighten any loose mounting hardware while ensuring the rubber grommets remain in place.
- Remove or reposition items on top of the refrigerator that may be vibrating.
