Possible Causes
Worn blade motor bearings, Loose blade screws, Bent blade disc, Debris trapped between disc and chassis
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the main power and wait for blades to stop before flipping the mower.
- Inspect blades and screws: Check that all blade screws are tight and blades can pivot freely. Replace damaged blades.
- Check for debris: Remove any stones, branches, or compacted grass around the blade disc and motor housing.
- Spin disc by hand: Rotate the disc. If you feel roughness, wobble, or hear grinding, the Blade Motor bearings or disc may be worn.
- Replace worn parts: Install a new Blade Disc or Blade Motor Assembly if noise persists.
