Possible Causes
Aged or worn-out battery cells, Internal battery protection circuit fault, Loose battery connector, Extreme temperature affecting battery performance.
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the main switch off and remove the mower from the charging station.
- Temperature check: If the mower or battery area feels very hot or very cold, allow it to reach room temperature before further testing. Husqvarna batteries have optimal temperature ranges.
- Inspect battery compartment: Open the battery cover and ensure the pack is securely mounted and the connector is fully engaged.
- Runtime observation: Fully charge the mower, then observe how long it mows before returning to charge. If the runtime is significantly below the specification, the battery is likely worn.
- Replace battery pack: Install a new Husqvarna-approved battery pack with the correct voltage and capacity for your model. Follow the manual for removal and installation steps.
- Reset and test: After replacement, perform a restart (main switch off/on) and run a full mowing cycle to confirm the error is cleared.
