  • Relocate base: Place the RTK base in an open area with clear sky view, away from tall buildings, trees, and metal structures.
  • Inspect antenna cable: Verify the RTK antenna cable is firmly connected at both the base and the mower (if external). Look for cuts or crushed sections.
  • Wait for fix: After powering everything, allow several minutes for the RTK/GPS system to acquire satellites.
  • App settings: In the Mammotion app, confirm the mower is paired with the correct RTK base and that region settings are correct.
  • If E011 continues in open sky with a known-good base, the mower's RTK receiver module may be defective.
