Possible Causes
Aged lithium-ion battery pack, Cell imbalance inside NAC battery, Loose battery connector, Faulty battery temperature sensor
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and remove the key (if equipped). Do not short battery terminals. Handle lithium-ion packs carefully.
- Check operating temperature: If the mower has been working in very hot or cold conditions, allow it to rest at room temperature for at least 1 hour, then retry.
- Inspect battery connector: Open the battery compartment and ensure the NAC battery pack connector is fully seated and free of corrosion or moisture.
- Perform full charge cycle: Place the mower on the charging station and allow it to charge until the display indicates 100%. Then run a full mowing cycle and observe runtime.
- Evaluate battery age: If the mower is more than 2–3 seasons old and runtime is significantly reduced, the battery cells are likely worn out.
- Replace battery: Install a new, NAC-specified replacement battery pack with the same voltage and capacity. Do not mix old and new cells.
Warning: Do not open or puncture the battery pack. Dispose of old batteries at an approved recycling facility.
