Mower leaves the lawn area and crosses paths, driveways, or flower beds despite boundary wire installation.

Safety first: Turn off the mower and unplug the charging station before adjusting the boundary wire.

• Verify installation distances: Measure the distance from the boundary wire to the lawn edge and obstacles. Adjust to Segway’s specified distances.
• Check for loops and crossings: Ensure that any guide wires or secondary loops are installed according to the manual and do not run too closely in parallel.
• Adjust wire depth: If the wire is buried, confirm it is at the recommended depth. If it's too deep, detection can be weakened; if too shallow, it can be easily damaged.
• Strength test: If available, use the mower’s boundary test mode to verify signal strength around the perimeter.
