How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Network troubleshooting does not require opening the mower; only open it if hardware inspection is needed.
- Check signal strength: Ensure the TerraMow charging station is within range of your Wi-Fi router. Test with a smartphone at the station's location.
- Reset network settings: Use the mower menu or app to forget and re-enter your Wi-Fi credentials.
- Power cycle: Turn the mower OFF and unplug the charging station for 60 seconds, then restore power and retry the connection.
- Inspect antenna (advanced): If comfortable, open the housing and verify that the Wi-Fi antenna cable is securely attached to the TerraMow connectivity module.
