Stuck / Trapped Detection Error
Robot mower displays E20 and stops; this may occur when the mower is stuck in a narrow passage.

Possible Causes
Mower repeatedly colliding in a tight area, Boundary wire too close to obstacles, Software stuck detection triggered, Faulty bumper or wheel sensors misreporting movement
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower before freeing it from tight spaces.
Steps:
- 1. Free the mower: Move it to an open area and restart. If E20 clears, the mower was simply trapped.
- 2. Adjust boundary layout: Widen narrow corridors by moving the boundary wire further from obstacles. Avoid passages narrower than the mower plus recommended clearance.
- 3. Remove obstacles: Clear toys, hoses, and garden items that can trap the mower.
- 4. Check sensors: If E20 occurs in open areas, inspect bumper and wheel sensors for faults as described in E3 and E15.
