Robot mower displays E20 and stops; this may occur when the mower is stuck in a narrow passage.

Safety first: Turn OFF the mower before freeing it from tight spaces.

Steps:

• 1. Free the mower: Move it to an open area and restart. If E20 clears, the mower was simply trapped.
• 2. Adjust boundary layout: Widen narrow corridors by moving the boundary wire further from obstacles. Avoid passages narrower than the mower plus recommended clearance.
• 3. Remove obstacles: Clear toys, hoses, and garden items that can trap the mower.
• 4. Check sensors: If E20 occurs in open areas, inspect bumper and wheel sensors for faults as described in E3 and E15.
