Possible Causes
Water tank empty, Outlet nozzle clogged, Internal pump (if equipped) not working, Water tank not detected by robot
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the robot before removing the tank.
Steps:
- Fill tank: Ensure the water tank is filled to the recommended level and properly capped.
- Check outlet holes: Inspect the outlet nozzles and mop pad interface for clogs. Clean with a soft brush or toothpick.
- Verify tank detection: Make sure the robot recognizes the tank (some models show a mop icon in the app). Reseat the tank firmly.
- Test flow: With the tank removed, gently press the valve (if mechanical) over a sink to confirm water can flow.
- If still dry: On models with an internal pump, the mop water pump or detection circuit may have failed. Replace the water tank assembly first; if unresolved, service the pump module or main board.
