Safety: Turn OFF and unplug from dock before inspection.

Steps:

Identify noise source: Run the robot briefly while upside down (hold it securely) to determine if the noise comes from the brush area, wheels, or center of the body (fan).
Check main brush: Remove the brush and run the robot again. If the noise disappears, the brush or its bearings are the cause. Clean or replace the main brush assembly.
Inspect fan area: If noise persists without the brush, it likely comes from the fan motor. Remove the dust bin and listen near the fan intake.
Clean fan intake: Use a soft brush to remove dust from the intake grill.
If grinding or rattling continues: Replace the fan motor assembly or consult a technician, as internal bearings or impeller may be damaged.

Robot vacuum is very loud during operation, with a high-pitched whine or grinding noise.
