Possible Causes
Main brush worn or missing end seal, Dust bin not seated properly, Brush guard not latched, Gasket between brush and bin damaged
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the robot.
Steps:
- Check main brush condition: Remove the brush and inspect bristles. If they are very short, bent, or missing, replace the Bagotte main brush.
- Inspect brush guard: Ensure the brush guard clicks firmly into place and is not warped.
- Verify dust bin seating: Remove and reinsert the bin until it locks fully. A loose bin can cause poor suction at the brush.
- Check seals/gaskets: Look for foam or rubber seals around the brush opening and bin interface. If torn or missing, replace the brush guard assembly or dust bin.
