Possible Causes

Clogged HEPA filter, Dust bin air channel blocked, Fan motor partially obstructed, Main brush worn or not seated correctly

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn OFF the robot and remove it from the dock.

Steps:

  • Empty dust bin: Remove and fully empty the bin.
  • Clean/replace filters: Remove the pre-filter and HEPA filter. Tap out dust or replace them if they are older than 3–6 months or visibly clogged.
  • Check air channels: Look through the bin’s air path and the suction inlet on the robot. Remove any clogs.
  • Inspect main brush: Remove the main brush, clean hair and debris, and ensure the end caps spin freely. Replace the Bagotte main brush if bristles are worn flat.
  • Test suction: Reassemble and run the robot. Place your hand near the suction inlet to feel airflow. If still weak, the fan motor assembly may be failing and should be replaced.
