Robot vacuum leaves a trail of dust behind it or dust escapes from the exhaust.

Safety first: Turn off the robot.

• Check filter installation: Remove the dust bin and ensure the HEPA filter is installed in the correct orientation and fully seated.
• Inspect filter and bin: Look for tears in the filter media or cracks in the dust bin. Replace damaged parts.
• Clean seals: Wipe the rubber seals around the bin and filter with a dry cloth to ensure a good seal.
• Test: Run the robot and check for dust at the exhaust. If still present, the Exhaust Filter Housing or seals may need replacement.
