• 3. Clean bin contacts/switch: If your model uses electrical contacts, wipe them with a dry cloth. For mechanical switches, look for a small lever that is pressed by the bin and ensure it moves freely.
• 4. Test without debris: Try operating the robot with an empty, clean bin to rule out misalignment from overfilling.
• 5. Replace switch or bin: If the robot still reports E13, the bin presence switch or the dustbin itself may need replacement.
