Dust bin not cleaned regularly, Mop pad stored wet on robot, Stagnant water in tank, Mold growth in water lines
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove the dust bin and water tank.
- Deep clean dust bin: If the bin is washable, rinse it thoroughly with warm water and mild detergent. Dry completely before reinstalling.
- Sanitize mop pad: Wash the mop pad in hot water with detergent. Replace it if the smell persists.
- Flush water tank: Empty the tank and rinse it several times. Allow it to dry fully with the cap open when not in use.
- Run dry: After mopping, remove the water tank and mop pad so the robot can dry internally and avoid trapped moisture.
