Possible Causes
Main roller brush bristles worn down, Brush deformed from heat or age, Brush not seated correctly, Brush cover damaged
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot.
- Inspect brush condition: Remove the main brush and examine the bristles. If they are very short, bent, or missing in sections, replace the Honiture Main Roller Brush.
- Check brush cover: Ensure the brush cover clips are intact and that the cover presses the brush firmly toward the floor.
- Reinstall correctly: Align the keyed end of the brush with the drive socket and ensure both ends are fully seated before closing the cover.
- Test cleaning: Run a short cleaning cycle on a small area with visible debris to confirm improved pickup.
