Possible Causes

Mop pad saturated with dirt, Mop pad worn and thin, Water flow too low, Floor cleaning mode not set correctly

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove the water tank and mop pad.

  • Clean or replace mop pad: Wash the mop pad thoroughly with mild detergent and rinse until water runs clear. Allow it to dry completely. If the pad is worn or frayed, replace it with a new Honiture Mop Pad.
  • Check water level and flow: Ensure the water tank is filled and that the water outlets are not clogged. Adjust water flow settings in the app if available.
  • Use appropriate mode: Select the correct mopping mode (e.g., deep clean) for heavily soiled floors.
  • Avoid dirty water: Do not add dirty or soapy water that can leave residue unless Honiture explicitly supports detergents.
