Reduced Suction / Clogged Filtration
Robot vacuum leaves visible dust and debris on the floor; cleaning performance is poor even though it runs normally.

Possible Causes
Primary filter clogged with fine dust, HEPA filter saturated, Suction inlet partially blocked, Vacuum fan speed reduced due to dust buildup
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove the dust bin.
- Empty dust bin: Completely empty the bin and clean internal surfaces with a soft brush.
- Clean or replace filters: Remove the primary and HEPA filters. Tap them gently to remove dust. If they are discolored or older than the recommended replacement interval, install new Honiture Dust Bin Filters.
- Inspect suction inlet: Turn the robot over and check the suction opening behind the main brush for blockages. Remove any lodged debris.
- Check fan noise: Start a cleaning cycle and listen for the fan. If it sounds unusually quiet or rough, the Vacuum Fan Motor may be partially obstructed and should be cleaned or replaced.
