Robot vacuum occasionally shuts down when crossing door thresholds or bumps.

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove it from the dock.

• Inspect battery compartment: Remove the bottom cover and check that the battery is securely held and its connector is tight.
• Add padding if needed: If the battery can move, add thin foam padding around it (without blocking ventilation) to prevent impact shocks.
• Check main switch: Toggle the main power switch several times to clean internal contacts.
• Advanced repair: If shutdowns persist, inspect the main PCB for cracked solder joints at the battery connector and power switch. Reflow or replace the Main Control Board if necessary.
