Possible Causes
Speaker cone damaged, Speaker cable loose, Volume set low in app, Audio amplifier circuit fault on main PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot before opening the housing.
- Check volume: In the Honiture app, verify that the voice volume is set appropriately and not muted.
- Test different prompts: Trigger a test sound or language change to see if any audio plays.
- Inspect speaker: Open the top cover and locate the speaker. Ensure its connector is firmly attached to the main PCB and that the speaker diaphragm is not torn.
- Replace speaker: If the speaker is physically damaged or silent despite correct volume settings, replace it with a compatible Honiture Robot Vacuum Speaker. If distortion persists, the main PCB's audio circuit may be faulty.
