• Check wheel suspension: Press each wheel up and down to ensure free movement. Clean debris from wheel wells.
• Manage environment: Use cable organizers or cord clips to keep wires off the floor. Tuck rug fringes under the rug.
• Use boundary strips: Place ILIFE magnetic boundary strips in front of problem areas like very high thresholds or thick rugs.

If the robot still struggles on normal thresholds, wheel motors or suspension components may be worn and require replacement.
