Robot vacuum's front caster wheel does not rotate freely or leaves marks

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and flip it over.

Step-by-step:

• Remove caster wheel: Pull the front caster straight up to remove it from its socket.
• Clean axle and socket: Remove hair and dust from the axle and inside the socket using tweezers and a brush.
• Inspect wheel: Ensure the wheel spins freely on its axle and the surface is round, not flat‑spotted.
• Reinstall or replace: Push the caster back into its socket until it clicks. If it still binds, replace the caster assembly.

A jammed caster can affect navigation and cause floor marks; keep it clean regularly.
