• 3. Check wheel tread: Inspect the rubber on the drive wheels. If it is smooth or cracked, traction is reduced and the wheel modules may need replacement.

When to call a technician: If the robot struggles on flat surfaces or cannot climb small thresholds it used to handle, the drive motors or wheel assemblies may be worn and should be inspected by a technician.
