Possible Causes
Damaged or missing tank seal, Cracked water tank, Water flow setting too high, Faulty water pump control
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove the mop tank. Wipe up any standing water immediately to prevent slipping.
- Inspect tank seals: Check rubber gaskets and seals on the tank for cracks, deformation, or missing pieces.
- Check for cracks: Hold the tank up to light and look for hairline cracks or leaks.
- Adjust water level: If your Philips model allows, reduce the water flow level in the app or on the robot.
- Test off-robot: Fill the tank and place it on a sink or towel to see if it leaks when not installed. Replace the tank if it drips.
- Service if uncontrolled flow: If water continues to flow excessively only when installed, the pump control circuit may be faulty and require service.
