How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Keep the area around the charging dock clear.

  • Reposition dock: Place the charging dock against a wall with open space around it, and avoid corners or placing it behind furniture.
  • Clean sensors: Wipe the robot's front IR sensors and camera with a soft, clean cloth.
  • Map reset: If the robot repeatedly fails to dock, delete the map in the app and allow it to remap your home.
  • Manual docking test: Place the robot 1–2 meters in front of the dock and press the Home button to see if it can dock reliably.
