Safety first: Turn OFF the robot before freeing it.

• Prepare environment: Use cable organizers and remove loose cords from the floor. Secure rug edges with tape or rug grippers.
• Check wheels: Inspect the drive wheels for worn treads or embedded debris. Clean them thoroughly.
• Adjust no-go zones: In the Ultenic app (for mapping models), set virtual walls or no-go zones around problem areas.
• Replace worn parts: If the wheels are smooth and slipping, replace the left and right wheel modules.
