Possible Causes

Clogged primary filter, Saturated HEPA filter, Full dust bin, Partial blockage in the suction channel

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove the dust bin.

  • Empty bin: Completely empty the dust bin and remove any compacted debris.
  • Clean or replace filters: Remove the primary and HEPA filters. Tap them gently to remove dust. Replace filters if they are more than a few months old or visibly damaged.
  • Inspect suction path: Check the opening behind the main brush and the duct leading into the dust bin for clogs. Clear with a brush or vacuum cleaner.
  • Check suction level: In the Ultenic app, ensure suction power is set to Normal or Max, not Quiet.
  • Test cleaning: Run the robot on a small area and verify improved pickup.
