Possible Causes

Clogged dustbin or filter, Blocked suction inlet, Worn main brush, Partially blocked vacuum fan

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off the robot and remove it from the charging dock before cleaning internal passages.

  • Empty dustbin: Remove and empty the dustbin after every cleaning cycle. Rinse the bin with water only if the manual allows, and dry it completely before reinstalling.
  • Clean or replace filter: Gently tap the filter outdoors to remove dust. Replace the filter every 1–3 months, depending on usage and environment.
  • Check suction inlet: Inspect the opening between the brush chamber and dustbin for clogs. Use a small brush or compressed air to clear them.
  • Inspect main brush: Remove hair and debris from the brush and its end caps. Replace the brush if its bristles are worn flat or deformed.
  • Test suction: With the robot running, feel for airflow at the exhaust port. If airflow remains very weak after cleaning, the vacuum fan may be partially blocked or failing and may require professional service.
