Possible Causes

Incorrect time zone or clock settings, cloud sync disabled or failing, firmware bug in the schedule engine, user profile corruption

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: This is a software issue only; no electrical work is required.

  • Step 1 – Verify time and date: In the GLAS settings, confirm that the time, date, and time zone are correct. Enable automatic time sync if available.
  • Step 2 – Review schedule: Check each schedule period (wake, away, sleep, etc.) for the correct times and setpoints. Correct any overlapping or duplicate entries.
  • Step 3 – Disable conflicting modes: Temporarily turn off any smart home integrations or occupancy-based overrides to see if they are changing the setpoints.
  • Step 4 – Reboot and update: Power cycle the GLAS and install any firmware updates.
  • Step 5 – Reset schedule: Delete the existing schedule and recreate it from scratch. If issues persist, perform a factory reset and reconfigure.
