Possible Causes

Incorrect NTC reading, intermittent NTC connection, control board temperature circuit fault, wiring damage to the NTC

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect the appliance from the mains.

Repeat NTC checks:

  • Inspect and test NTC: As described for F03, verify the wash NTC sensor resistance and wiring.
  • Check for intermittent faults: Gently wiggle the NTC harness while measuring resistance to detect intermittent breaks.

Resolution: Replace the NTC if readings are unstable. If the NTC and wiring are good, the control board's temperature circuit may be faulty and require replacement.
