Washer-dryer shows F32; the door may not unlock at the end of the cycle.

Safety first: Unplug the appliance. Ensure the drum is not full of hot water before forcing the door.

Free the door:

• Manual release: Many Bauknecht models have a manual door release near the pump filter behind the lower flap. Pull the emergency release tab to open the door.
• Inspect latch: Check for clothing caught in the door seal or latch area and remove it.
• Door lock check: As in F06, access the door lock and inspect it for mechanical damage or burning.

Replace lock: If the lock does not release even when de-energized, replace the door lock assembly.
