Possible Causes
Dirty moisture sensors, Blocked airflow causing overheat, Faulty NTC sensor, Tripping thermal cut-out
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the appliance and let it cool.
- 1. Clean moisture sensors: Inside the drum, locate the metal strips (usually near the door opening) and clean them with a soft cloth and mild detergent to remove fabric softener residue.
- 2. Improve airflow: Clean lint filter and condenser, and ensure vents are not blocked.
- 3. Check load size: Very small loads may not contact the sensors properly; add a few more items and try again.
- 4. If problem persists: The NTC or thermal cut-out may be faulty and should be tested and replaced if necessary.
