Possible Causes
Clogged inlet mesh filters, Faulty Bosch water inlet valve, Low household water pressure, Kinked or pinched inlet hose
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the appliance and close the water supply taps before working on hoses or valves.
- 1. Verify water supply: Ensure both hot and cold taps (if applicable) are fully open and that other faucets in the home have normal pressure.
- 2. Inspect inlet hoses: Pull the unit forward slightly and check that the hoses are not kinked or crushed. Straighten any bends.
- 3. Clean inlet filters: Turn off water, unscrew the hoses from the rear of the washer-dryer, and remove the small mesh filters inside the valve ports. Rinse them under running water to remove debris and reinstall.
- 4. Test fill: Reconnect hoses, turn water back on, and run a rinse cycle. If filling is still slow or E02 returns, the inlet valve solenoid may be defective.
- 5. Replace inlet valve (advanced): Remove the top cover, locate the Bosch water inlet valve assembly at the rear, disconnect wiring and hoses, and install a new OEM valve. If you are not comfortable with plumbing and electrical work, contact a Bosch-authorized technician.
