Washer-dryer shows E25; may be related to blocked pump or drainage path

Safety first: Unplug the appliance and prepare for water spillage.

• 1. Remove pump filter: As in E03, open the service flap, drain water, and remove the filter.
• 2. Check pump cavity: Reach into the pump housing and feel for objects such as socks, coins, or hairpins blocking the impeller.
• 3. Inspect impeller: Try to rotate the impeller. If it spins freely on the shaft without resistance, it may have detached and the pump must be replaced.
• 4. Check tub-to-pump hose: Access the large black bellows hose between the tub and pump. Remove and inspect for blockages like small garments or buildup.
• 5. Replace components as needed: Reassemble and test. If E25 remains, replace the pump and recheck all hoses.
