Washer-dryer shows E32 and may have issues with spin or load detection

Safety first: Unplug the appliance before internal inspection.

• 1. Check load: Ensure you are not overloading the drum. Remove some items and try a spin-only cycle.
• 2. Inspect suspension and weights: Remove the top and rear panels. Check that the concrete counterweights are secure and that the suspension springs and dampers are intact and not leaking oil.
• 3. Imbalance sensor: Some Bosch models use a sensor on the tub or chassis. Inspect its wiring and mounting. Replace if damaged.
