How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the appliance before cleaning internal parts.
- 1. Run cleaning cycle: Use a Bosch-approved washing machine cleaner or a hot 90°C cycle with no laundry to kill bacteria and remove residue.
- 2. Clean door seal: Wipe the gasket folds with a cloth and mild bleach solution to remove mold.
- 3. Clean detergent drawer: Remove and scrub the drawer and housing to eliminate slime and mold.
- 4. Leave door open: After use, leave the door and detergent drawer slightly open to allow drying and prevent odors.
