Washer-dryer vibrates excessively or walks across the floor during spin

Safety first: Unplug the appliance before adjusting feet or inspecting suspension.

• 1. Check shipping bolts: Ensure all transport bolts at the rear of the machine have been removed according to the installation manual.
• 2. Level the unit: Use a spirit level and adjust the front and rear feet until the machine is stable and does not rock.
• 3. Load correctly: Avoid washing single heavy items alone. Mix large and small items to balance the load.
• 4. Inspect dampers: If vibration persists, check the suspension dampers for oil leakage or looseness and replace if worn.
