Possible Causes
Blocked or kinked pressure hose, Faulty pressure switch, Air leak in pressure system, Wiring fault between pressure switch and PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the washer-dryer and turn off the water supply.
- Inspect pressure hose: Locate the small hose connecting the tub/air chamber to the pressure switch. Check for kinks, splits, or blockages, and replace it if damaged.
- Clean air chamber: If accessible, remove and clean the air chamber on the side of the tub. Detergent sludge can block it, preventing pressure changes.
- Check switch operation: Remove the hose from the switch and gently blow into the switch; you should hear one or more clicks. If no click is heard or if air leaks, replace the pressure switch.
- Verify wiring: Ensure the connector at the switch and at the PCB is secure and free of corrosion.
