The display shows 'Door' or a door symbol; the cycle will not start or will pause; the door may appear closed.

Safety: Unplug before adjusting hinges or replacing locks.

• Close door firmly: Push the door until you hear a positive click. Remove any laundry trapped between the door and the seal.
• Inspect hinge and catch: Check for a sagging door or worn catch. Tighten hinge screws and replace worn parts.
• Door lock test: As per F17, inspect and test the door lock assembly. Replace if it fails to engage or signal closed to the control board.
