Possible Causes
Using non-HE detergent, using too much detergent, a blocked pressure hose causing false suds detection, or a partially clogged drain pump.
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Keep children and pets away from overflowing suds. Unplug the unit if it begins to leak.
- Allow suds to dissipate: The machine may automatically pause to let suds break down. Do not add more detergent.
- Run rinse and spin: After the cycle ends, run an extra rinse and spin with no detergent to flush out remaining suds.
- Switch to HE detergent: Use only high-efficiency (HE) detergent and follow the dosing instructions for your load size and soil level.
- Check drain system: Clean the drain pump filter and hoses as described for F02/F21 to ensure proper draining, which helps prevent suds lock.
