The washer-dryer combo door is stuck locked at the end of the cycle with no error code.

Safety first: Unplug the unit. Do not force the door open with excessive pressure; you may break the glass or hinges.

• 1. Wait a few minutes: Some models delay unlocking after the spin cycle. Give it 3–5 minutes.
• 2. Power reset: Unplug for 5 minutes, then plug back in and try to start and cancel a cycle to trigger unlocking.
• 3. Use emergency release: If equipped, pull the manual release tab near the pump filter or behind the lower front panel.
• 4. Inspect door lock and gasket: Once open and unplugged, check for gasket interference or broken latch parts. Replace the door lock assembly if it intermittently sticks.
