Washer leaks water onto the floor during fill or wash.

Safety: Unplug the washer and turn off water supply before inspecting for leaks.

• Identify leak location: Run a short cycle while observing the washer (panels removed if necessary) to see where water originates. Use a flashlight.
• Inspect door boot (front-load): Look for tears, holes, or mold damage on the rubber gasket. Replace if damaged.
• Check hoses and clamps: Tighten any loose clamps on the tub-to-pump hose, pump-to-drain hose, and recirculation hoses. Replace cracked or swollen hoses.
• Inspect inlet valve: Look for drips from the valve body or hose connections at the back of the washer. Replace the valve if leaking.
• Address over-sudsing: If foam is coming out of the drawer or vent, reduce detergent usage and use HE detergent only.
